The group will arrive at San Francisco International Airport or another nearby

airport, where they will be warmly welcomed by a professional greeter and guide.

After gathering, they will be transported via private vehicle through the scenic

landscapes of Northern California to The Meritage Resort & Spa in the heart of

Napa Valley. Upon arrival at the resort, guests will check in and have time to

relax and settle in after their travels. The rest of the day is free for leisure,

providing an opportunity to enjoy the serene surroundings and luxurious

amenities of the resort at their own pace.

The day will be dedicated to discovering the essence of Napa Valley through a pair

of exclusive winery visits. After enjoying breakfast at the resort, the group will

depart for the first stop—a premier local winery known for its exceptional vintages

and beautiful vineyard setting. Guests will be treated to a private guided tasting,

along with a behind-the-scenes tour offering insight into the winemaking process

and the history of the estate.

Following this, the journey continues with a second private wine tasting experience

at another distinguished Napa winery. Here, the group will explore a different

expression of the region’s terroir, guided once again by knowledgeable hosts who

will share stories, techniques, and the nuances of their signature wines.

In the late afternoon, the group will return to The Meritage Resort. The evening is

at leisure, with time to relax, enjoy the resort’s amenities, or venture out for dinner

at one of Napa’s acclaimed local restaurants.

For those seeking a truly unforgettable start to the day, an early morning

hot air balloon ride offers a breathtaking view of Napa Valley as the sun rises

over the vineyards. Floating gently above the rolling hills, guests will experience

the serene beauty of wine country from a completely unique perspective.

Later in the day, the group will embark on one of Napa Valley’s most iconic

experiences—the Napa Valley Wine Train. This vintage rail journey combines the

romance of early 20th-century travel with modern luxury and gourmet cuisine.

Aboard the beautifully restored train, guests will enjoy a multi-course gourmet

meal as they glide through picturesque vineyards, charming towns, and the lush

landscape of the valley. The leisurely pace allows for plenty of time to savor both

the food and the stunning scenery.

After the train journey, the group will return to The Meritage Resort for a relaxed

evening. Guests are free to unwind at the resort or explore Napa at their leisure.

Today is reserved for rest, relaxation, and personal exploration. Guests will have

the entire day at leisure to enjoy the many amenities offered by The Meritage

Resort & Spa. Whether lounging by the pool, enjoying a glass of wine on the

terrace, or indulging in a luxurious spa treatment at the renowned Spa Terra, the

day invites everyone to unwind at their own pace.

The final day marks the conclusion of the Napa Valley experience. Guests will

check out of The Meritage Resort & Spa, with private transfers arranged to

departure schedule and preferred airport. As guests make their way home, they’ll

take with them the flavors, views, and unforgettable moments of their time in

wine country.
